Add your cell phone number to your account info so we will recognize it if you call in an outage from your mobile device rather than your home landline.
If you share your email address, we can also then push messages to you regarding outages and bill updates, should you choose to request them. You can update your account by 800-367-2032, Option 0and we'll update for you.
