New Bill Pay Site with CIS Upgrade
With the software upgrade, CVEC will be using a payment processor that is integrated with the new billing and customer service software, and the Co-op will no longer be accepting payments through Western Union / Speedpay.
To pay any CVEC electric bill online after August 1, 2016, please go to . From there you will be able to log into and view your account, see energy usage, pay your electric bill, and establish a new recurring payment option.
If you have not logged onto this secure site before, you will need to establish a username and password. There are good directions on the portal to help you through the set-up.
